Media accreditation for the G20 Leaders’ Summit is open until Tuesday 20 November.
Kindly note that delegations’ press officers, including official photographers and camerapersons, must be accredited as delegates, and not as commercial media.
About media areas
Media representatives will have access to two media areas: the International Media Centre and the Press Briefing Centre (PBC) in Costa Salguero, the Leaders’ Summit venue. The PBC features press conference rooms and interview rooms.
The International Media Centre for the G20 Leaders’ Summit on 30 November and 1 December will be located in Parque Norte, Buenos Aires. It will host around 2,500 media representatives from around the world.
The centre will be fully equipped with workstations for media representatives, indoor and outdoor stand-up broadcast positions, delegation press offices, and dining and recreation areas, among other facilities. To ensure that local and international media are able to enjoy the widest possible coverage, the centre will open continuously from Thursday 29 November at 8.00 am to Sunday 2 December at 12.00 am.
Accredited media representatives will only be able to access the International Media Centre using regular shuttle services that will be provided from central locations in the city. The locations and timetables will be communicated in due course.
Regular shuttle services between the International Media Centre and Costa Salguero will also be provided for media representatives to attend scheduled press conferences or press interviews at Costa Salguero. Media representatives should be aware that they will only be able to access Costa Salguero from the International Media Centre, on the shuttle services provided.
